The civil law Relates to very important matters that are seen as the main stay of the law in general. The contract law, the tort law, the family law and so on.

One must understand that if a contract has not been entered into in appropriate way, one’s money or investment is simply at risk. That is why Civil law matters in our Firm as far as it is part of almost all fields of law. Furthermore, the work of a man on the earth is devoted to satisfy desires of his partner and children. There comes into matter the family law that organizes the inheritance and the assets.

The civil law gathers in DRC matters as:

• Family law –mariage, divorce, inheritance;
• Tort law;
• Land and Real Estate law
